September 28, 2007 Company Dromeas SA, in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and the decision No: 1/434/3.7.2007 of the board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Capital Commission, and for the purpose of estimation and determination of the limits of significant acquisition or disposal of participation by shareholders or owners of voting rights, informs the investment community that, the share capital of the Company amounts to euro 10.763.000 divided into 34.720.000 common voting registered shares, of par value of euro 0.31 each.
