October 4, 2007 DROMEAS SA, announces based on laws 3556/2007(article 3, 21), 3340/2005(article13), in combination with article 11 of decision 1/434/03/07/2007 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that on October 3,2007 Mr Dionisios Pantousas, member of the Board of Directors, sold 2.000 common shares with a total value of Euro 3.370.
