December 4, 2007 DROMEAS SA, announces based on laws 3556/2007(article 3, 21), 3340/2005(article13), in combination with article 11 of decision 1/434/03/07/2007 of Capital Market Commission, that on December 4,2007 Mr Athanasios Papapanagiotou, president of the Board of Directors, purchased 20.000 common shares with a total value of euro 23.947.
