February 23, 2006 AS COMPANY S.A.announces that, on 23 February 2006 an agreement was signed with regard to the assignment of shops between the company and Maritime Company of Lesvos S.A.. It is estimated that the said collaboration will be beneficial for both parties in financial terms and will upgrade the quality of services provided to passengers. More specifically, Maritime Company of Lesvos assigned the operation in each one of its ships of one store/point of sale to A.S. Company against an amount that will be proportional with the sales that will be realised. This collaboration aims mainly at improving and upgrading the services provided to the passengers within the ships of the company. The duration of the said agreement is for two years with the possibility to be extended for two more years
