January 29, 2007 On January 29, 2007, (before the opening of the trading session, Local Time: 11:16) according to the decision No 31/22.01.2007 of the General Manager of the Capital Market Commission, 1.500 (CR) shares of the Company A.S. COMPANY S.A., will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on January 26, 2007, by a percentage greater than 8%.
