October 26, 2007 AS Company S.A. announces, based on L.3556/2007 (art. 3 and art. 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mrs Anastasia Andreadou (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), on July 16, 2007, sold 1.150.000 common shares, with a total net value of euro 2.438.000, therefore changing her shareholder percentage from 30,5% to 25,4%.
