February 16, 2007 Following its recent briefing by Mr. Petros Kyriakides , EBIK S.A. announces that Mr. Petros Kyriakides, shareholder of EBIK S.A., on February 16, 2007, disposed 850.800 shares at a total amount of Euro 6.466.080, to foreign institutional investors, through a private placement organized by SAL OPPENHEIM. As a result, his stake in the company is reduced from 58,33% σε 37,22%.
