December 21, 2007 The Company "LAN-NET COMMUNICATIONS S.A." in accordance with the L. 3556/2007 (article 3 (IST) (BB) and article 21), and in combination with the article 11 of 1/434/3-7-07 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee announces that, Mr. Andreas Erotokritou son of Kiriakos (Obliged Person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceed on 18/12/2007, on the purchase of 23,000 company's common registered shares, of total value of euro 9,890.00.
