December 31, 2007 "LAN-NET COMMUNICATIONS S.A.”, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (article 3 (ist), (bb) and article 21 and in combination with the article 11 of 1/434/3-7-07 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee, announces that Mr. Thomas Lanaras son of Christodoulos (obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded on 28/12/2007, on the purchase of 65,000 common registered shares, of total value of 24,700.00 euro.
