February 4, 2008 "LAN-NET COMMUNICATIONS S.A.", in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (article 3 (ist), (bb) and article 21, and in combination with the article 11 of 1/434/3-7-07 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee announces that Mr. Andreas Erotokritou son of Kiriakos (obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded on 1/2/2008, on the purchase of 15,000 common registered shares, of total value 5,850.00 euro.
