July 31, 2008 It is announced that the new Board of Directors of ASPIS BANK S.A., which was elected at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank's Shareholders of 30.7.2008, was reconstituted as a body at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of 30.7.2008.
