I. GR. SARANTIS S.A. regarding the company’s share capital increase and the listing of its shares on the Parallel Market of the Athens Stock Exchange.

II. NEWSPHONE HELLAS S.A. regarding the company’s share capital increase and the listing of its shares on the Parallel Market of the Athens Stock Exchange.

In accordance with the approved prospectuses:

I. The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. will distribute 1,321,500 new common registered shares as follows: 1,259,300 by public offering to the investing public and 62,600 by private placement.

II. The company NEWSPHONE HELLAS S.A. will distribute 1,462,000 new common registered shares as follows: 1,392,400 by public offering to the investing public and 62,600 by private placement.

On its session on June 27, 2002 the Board of Directors of the Athens Stock Exchange approved:

· The listing of 3,000 bonds of the exchangeable with shares bond loan of the company ATTICA ENTERPRISES HOLDING S.A.

· The listing of 3,000 bonds of the convertible bond loan of the company STRINTZIS LINES

· The listing of 8,680,000 new bonus common registered shares of the company DROMEAS S.A. OFFICE FURNITURE INDUSTRY

The Board of Directors of the Athens Stock Exchange was notified for:

· Regarding the increase of the par value of the share of the company PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A. from Euro 0.30 to Euro 0.31

· Regarding the increase of the par value of the share of the company O. DARING S.A.I.N. from Euro 1.7139 to Euro 1.72
