On its session on September 12, 2002 the Board of Directors of the Athens Stock Exchange approved:
· The listing of 9,500,000 common registered shares of the company DYNAMIC LIFE S.A. on the New Market of the Athens Exchange.
· The listing of 534,810 new common bearer shares of the company EL. D. MOUZAKIS S.A. that resulted from the conversion of an equal number of preferred shares without voting right.
The Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange was also notified for:
· The company’s share capital increase of the company EL. D. MOUZAKIS S.A. with a corresponding increase of the par value of the shares from Euro 0.9391 to Euro 0.96.
· The change of the company’s trade name to CYCLON HELLAS S.A..
Finally, on its session on September 12, 2002 the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange approved the application of the company PRELIUM S.A. to obtain the status of Type A’ Market Maker on the Derivatives Market of the Athens Exchange.
