September 27, 2002 On its session on September 26, 2002 the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange approved the prospectus of the following company regarding the listing of its shares on the Athens Exchange:
· PROFILE S.A. regarding the company’s share capital increase and listing of its shares on the New Market of the Athens Exchange.
In accordance with the approved prospectus:
· The company PROFILE S.A. will distribute 1,568,240 new common registered shares as follows: 1,493,570 by a public offering to the investing public and 74,670 by private placement.
On its session on September 26, 2002 the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange approved:
· The listing of 6,825,030 common registered shares of the company LANTEK S.A. on the Parallel Market of the Athens Exchange.
· The listing of 4,279,400 new common registered shares of the company ELTON CHEMICALS S.A. that result from the company’s share capital increase through the distribution of bonus shares.
The Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange was notified for:
· The increase of the par value of the share of the company SEAFARM IONIAN AQUACULTURE S.A. from Euro 0.4696 to Euro 0.47.
· The reduction of the par value of the share of the company AEOLIAN INVESTMENT FUND S.A. from Euro2.35 to Euro 0.90.
· The change of the trade name of the company to ELTON CHEMICALS S.A.
On its session on September 26, 2002 the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange approved the application – declaration of the following companies regarding the acquisition of the status of Market Maker:
· OLYMPIAKI S.A. on the Main and Parallel Markets
· SIGMA S.A. on the Parallel and New Market of the Athens Exchange.
