October 4, 2002 On its session on October 3, 2002 the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange approved the prospectus of the following company regarding the listing of its shares on the Athens Exchange:
· STANDARD INVESTMENT S.A. regarding the company’s share capital increase and the listing of its shares on the Parallel Market of the Athens Exchange.
In accordance with the approved prospectus:
· The company STANDARD INVESTMENT S.A. will distribute 700,000 new common bearer shares by a public offering to the investing public.
On its session on October 3, 2002 the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange approved:
· The listing of 3,800,000 common registered shares of the company DOMUS CLOSED END MUTUAL FUND that resulted from the conversion of an equal number of common bearer shares.
