On its session on October 24, 2002 the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange approved:

· The listing of 28,992,500 new common registered shares that resulted form the company’s share capital increase of the company LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A.

· The unblocking and transfer, in accordance with the provisions of the article 2d paragraph 1 of the Law 2733/1999, as in effect, of 1,077,500 shares of the company HIGHTECH CONSULTANTS S.A. from the shareholder CAPITAL TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS S.A. to the shareholder EMPHASIS INFORMATION SYSTEMS S.A.. The transferred shares will remain blocked.

On its session on October 24, 2002 the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange was notified for:

· The cancellation and de-listing of 8,357,875 own common registered shares of the company BANK OF PIRAEUS S.A. due to a company’s share capital reduction, in accordance with the provisions of the article 16 paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Law 2190/1920.

It is noted that the completion of the company’s share capital increase of Euro 27,413,830 through a rights issue by issuing 8,357,875 new common registered shares, at issue price of Euro 8.36 and a waiver of the preference right of the existing shareholders in favor of ING Group, which was approved by the B’ Repeated General Meeting of the company’s shareholders on 10.06.2002, is pending.

On its session on October 24, 2002 the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange was also notified for the information note of the company:
