On its session on December 19, 2002, the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange approved the prospectus of the following company regarding the listing of its shares on the Athens Exchange:
· SPRIDER S.A. regarding a company’s share capital increase and the listing of its shares on the Main Market of the Athens Exchange.
In accordance with the approved prospectus:
· The company SPRIDER S.A. will distribute 3,126,450 new common registered shares through public offering.
In addition, the shareholders of the company CHATZIIOANNOU HOLDINGS S.A. and Mr. A. Argyros will distribute 4,915,000 common registered shares as follows: 315,000 by private placement and 4,600,000 through public offering.
On its session on December 19, 2002, the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange also approved:
· The listing of 3,125,000 shares of the company FASHION BOX HELLAS S.A.
· The listing of 361,000 new common registered shares of the company E. PAIRIS S.A. that resulted from the company’s share capital increase due to a stock option plan in favor of the members of the company’s Board of Directors, the company staff, as well as the executives of the subsidiary company POLYPACK S.A.
