| Athens Exchange | | The Capital Market Commission decision | | January 17, 2003 The Capital Market Commission decided the temporary suspension of operations of Worldwide Financial Services S.A. due to violation of the stock market regulatory framework. As regards positions to derivative products of clients of that company, as a result of transactions on the Derivatives Market of the ATHEX, the ATHEX Exchange Derivatives Clearing House has taken all the precautions and has assured the smooth clearance of the transactions and the operation of the market.
